The dread wintry mix that we knew was coming tomorrow is now a full-fledged Winter Weather Advisory. The advisory is currently set to last from 4 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Thursday, and includes the possibility of a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain, with the potential for accumulations of about an inch of snow and/or sleet. Yuck! Luckily, looks like temperatures will warm sufficiently by the afternoon to make the possibility of icy sidewalks into the New Year’s Eve revelry hours much less likely. Still, you may want to rethink those spiked heels.
