I’m not sure if this is technically a new character (Mr. District?) or if Davy DCist has just morphed into something resembling the shape of our fair city, but regardless, I’m now digging through my closet to see if I have my own pitchfork. The latest prediction for this evening is 2-4″, and possibly much more starting on Friday.
