The power is currently out across a swath of Glover Park and upper Georgetown, an area bounded approximately by P St. NW, MacArthur Blvd., W St. NW, and Wisconsin Ave. NW.
Pepco is already on the scene, but there’s currently no estimated time of repair. The power company is estimating that 1,500 customers are affected.
We’re hearing that traffic signals are out on Foxhall and Reservoir roads, and maybe others. You may want to avoid the area on your evening commute.
