Yet another traffic headache to add to a long list of them over the last 12 hours: streets around Thomas Circle have been closed to traffic due to a suspicious package located at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and 14th Street NW. Both north-south and east-west traffic is affected, including the Woodley Park-McPherson Square Circulator route, which is detouring to 13th Street. DCist senior editor Kyle Gustafson tells us that the office building he is currently in, located on the Circle, has been locked down as a result of the investigation.
