According to their Twitter feed, a Capital City Diner employee, Wade, was shot after being robbed 2 blocks away from the restaurant on Bladensburg Road NE last night. The restaurant reports on their Facebook page that the individuals that shot him came into the diner so they have a video of them. The restaurant has turned the video over to MPD. They report the employee that was shot is OK.
