Homicide Watch first tweeted the news that D.C. police have made an arrest in the murder of Prince Okorie, a teenager who was fatally shot in the head in Petworth on November 30. In the wake of his death, NBCWashington.com reported that Okorie, who was 16, may have been killed in retaliation for “snitching” on Eric Foreman, who was arrested for the murder of Catholic University student Neil Godleski in August.
