As many as three Metropolitan Police Department officers based in the department’s Fourth District have been arrested this afternoon on stolen goods-related charges, according to various reports. The FBI was also reportedly involved in today’s arrests. it is the second time in the last few days that police from the Fourth District have been arrested; on Saturday, MPD officer Jennifer Green was charged with receiving stolen goods after taking part in an undercover burglary sting at a residence on the 5500 block of Colorado Avenue NW.
