Signage on the northeast corner of the 14th and U Streets NW intersection now indicates that a Dunkin’ Donuts will be joining Subway as anchor tenants on the first floor of the building, which will also house a restaurant and lounge helmed by Local 16 owner Aman Ayoubi.
