The 42 points our attention to the news that the infamous Real World D.C. house in Dupont Circle will be the new home of the Laogai Museum, which was previously located inside a row house at 1109 M Street NW. Based on the progress documented on the Museum’s blog, museum organizers renovated the interior of the ground floor and have started to install exhibits. The upper floors of the building at 2000 S Street NW will be used as office space. The museum focuses on documenting prison work camps in China and plans to open sometime this spring.
