Interested in attending the July 30 friendly between European football giants Barcelona and Manchester United at FedEx Field? Mark down April 21 on your calendar — and start saving. Steve Goff reports that tickets for the highly anticipated-friendly will go on sale via Ticketmaster at 9 a.m. that day. They’ll also cost you a pretty penny — the worst seats in the house will set attendees back $40 a pop.

Oh, and you’ll also have to feel okay with your money being funneled directly into the pocket of Dan Snyder. As Goff notes, the Washington Redskins hold the rights to the game and will collect what will surely be several million dollars in gate receipts. But hey, they cut you a break — originally, the franchise was planning on charging people $65 to sit in the rarefied air of Landover and admire the skills of Leo Messi (see above) with binoculars. What a generous bunch, eh?
