As delegates, reporters and television audiences watched Michelle Obama pretty much level the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday night in Charlotte, N.C., the White House released this photo of President Obama and their daughters Sasha, left, and Malia watching the first lady re-introduce her husband and their family.

The president and Sasha and Malia Obama watched the speech from the Treaty Room of the White House.
