Earlier this year, a truck hauling 77,000 pounds of Budweiser—that’s roughly 4,200 cases—overturned on I-270. A month earlier, it was 5,000 gallons of milk spilled on a Maryland road. And in March, an armored struck spilled quarters over a stretch of I-270.
