The Metropolitan Police Department released security footage today of two men described as “persons of interest” in the slaying early Monday of Jason Anthony Emma, who was found dead at the wheel of his car on Capitol Hill.

Emma, 28, was found slumped over the wheel of his black Audi after being shot 13 times shortly after 2 a.m. Monday. Since the shooting on the 1200 block of C Street NE, police have been looking for two suspects described only as black males about six feet tall and with heavy builds.

The video, which is very brief and grainy, shows two people walking past a security camera mounted on a nearby building. Police are asking anyone who might be able to identify them or provide more information about Emma’s death to call the MPD tip line at (202) 727-9099 or send a text message to 50411. There is also a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to arrests and convictions in the case.
