Here’s your Friday dose of heartwarming cuteness: The Washington Humane Society released a video today showing two little girls squealing with pleasure over the surprise arrival of their new dog, Angel.

Angel, who came to the Washington Humane Society as a stray earlier this month, was adopted July 17 by a Bethesda family, officials from the agency said. As the video shows, she’s clearly in adorable hands now.

Dog adoptions fees at the Washington Humane Society have been reduced to $25 for the rest of this month. Adoptable pets can be seen here.
