Three people were shot in Southeast D.C. this morning near Ballou High School.

The shooting occurred in the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Avenue. Police say the victims, who were exiting a Metro bus, are two 17-year-olds and one 20-year-old, all of whom suffered non-life threatening injuries. Officers are currently searching for the suspects, including an armed black male with a ponytail wearing a black jacket.

Ballou is currently on lockdown. Metro says A-Line and W4 buses are currently detouring due to street closures.
