Earlier this week, three people were shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries while exiting a Metro bus near Ballou High School. The Metropolitan Police Department has released a video showing a person of interest in connection to the shooting and are seeking the public’s help in identifying the person.

The shooting occurred Tuesday morning in the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Avenue SE, when an armed black male with a ponytail wearing a black jacket shot three people—two 17-year-olds and a 20-year-old—exiting a Metro bus.

Police are asking anyone with information about the person of interest in the video to call police at (202) 727-9099, or text the Tip Line at 50411. D.C. Crime Solvers are currently offering a reward of up to $1,000 for anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
