Officials have given the all clear at Navy Yard, stating that there was no reports of a shooting or injuries, after reports came in of a shooter on the loose in the facility.

At about 7:40 a.m., reports came in that there was a shooting at the Navy Yard facility, prompting a massive swarm of the property by multiple agencies.
