In a surprise announcement made by Michelle Obama and China’s first lady Madame Peng Liyuan, the baby panda officially has a name: Bei Bei.

It means precious or treasure—just like his sister, Bao Bao. But while Bao Bao was named after the traditional 100 day period, the zoo sped things up for her brother, ostensibly to coincide with the state visit of China’s Xi Jinping. And while the public voted on Bao Bao, Peng said that she and Michelle Obama chose the name together for the now five-week-old cub.

Lest Bao Bao feel neglected by all the attention paid to her finally cute brother, zookeepers made her a special popsicle-based panda cake in the shape of a Chinese pagoda. She promptly proceeded to knock the top off it and could be seen consuming it while red juice dripped down her nose. We hear you, Bao Bao.

The zoo said earlier this week that baby Bei Bei is doing well and weighing “2.95 pounds of adorable!” He’s able to push himself up on his legs and sometimes scoots around his den. Bei Bei is the surviving twin born to Mei Xiang in August. He was sired by Tian Tian via artificial insemination.

Now we just need to take bets on how long before Queen Bey meets Bei Bei.
