Ugh, you know that feeling when you’re asked to throw the opening pitch at the Nationals game but all five of your Rio medals are weighing you down? It happens to the best of us.

Lucky for Olympic swimmer and Bethesda native Katie Ledecky, league MVP Bryce Harper was around for the assist.

Most Valuable Medal-Holder. Thanks @bharper3407 and @nationals for a great night!

Ledecky then showed off her athletic prowess with a legit first pitch that looked like a strike. She has had some practice, to be fair—she previously threw the first pitch at a Nats games after winning gold at the 2012 London games, AP reports.

Sadly, Ledecky’s champ-oozing ways didn’t seem to rub off on the Nats, who lost 10-8 to the Orioles.
