Metrorail riders should expect delays on four lines this weekend. As the Orange Line is in the middle of a 42-day Safetrack surge, free shuttle buses will replace trains between Vienna and East Falls Church from Saturday morning through closing on Sunday. And throughout the weekend, Orange Line trains will operate every 20 minutes between East Falls Church and New Carrollton. Silver, Blue, and Yellow line trains will run every 20 minutes as well, due to other maintenance projects.
Red and Green Line trains will operate on a regular weekend schedule.
