For the most part, Metro trains are set to operate pretty smoothly this weekend — no single tracking — though closures on the Yellow and Blue Lines continue due to major construction. There might also be a little interruption for some folks taking the Red Line due to aerial structure repairs.

Metrorail hours will be from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday and to midnight on Sunday.

Here’s more from Metro:

Red Line

  • Trains every 10 minutes. 
  • No service between Grosvenor and Medical Center. Free shuttles provided.
  • Trains running from Shady Grove to Grosvenor and from the Medical Center to Glenmont.

Orange Line

  • Trains every 15 minutes.

Silver Line

  • Trains every 15 minutes.

Blue Line

  • Trains every 15 minutes between National Airport and Largo/New Carrollton.
  • Stations at Franconia-Springfield, Van Dorn St., King St-Old Town, and Braddock Rd closed due to construction. Free shuttle buses will be available for those stations.
  • Blue Line Express service between Franconia-Springfield and Pentagon/Pentagon City stations every six minutes, from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Blue Line Local service between Franconia-Springfield, Van Dorn St, King St-Old Town, Braddock Rd, and the National Airport every 10 to 20 minutes during Metrorail operating hours.

Yellow Line

  • No Yellow Line train service through May 2023 due to construction.
  • Express shuttles available from 6:30 to 9 p.m. between Huntington and Pentagon/Pentagon City stations every six minutes.
  • Yellow Line Local shuttles available between Huntington, Eisenhower Ave, King St-Old Town, Braddock Rd, and Crystal City every 10 to 15 minutes during all Metrorail operating hours. Yellow Line shuttles will not stop at the National Airport station.

Green Line

  • Trains every eight minutes.
