Washington’s Russian Embassy has announced on its website (and reported by WTOP) that a book of condolences will be available for visitors who want to leave a message for the victims of the terrorist attack at a Belsan, Russia, school last week.

The New York Times is reporting today the attackers had apparently planned out their actions in “precise” detail.

The embassy will be open today until 5 p.m. today, and tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. This DCist photo shows some of the flowers left at the embassy, located at 2650 Wisconsin Ave., by early afternoon today.
