Everyone back to work! Just in time for the post-Labor Day return to work, WMATA is reporting delays on the Red Line. WTOP reported this morning that the 15-minute delays are between Union Station and Rhode Island Avenue, which is getting DCist thinking that they’re related to this past weekend’s trackwork at the NewYoFla station construction site.
Also, roadways in and around the city are sluggish with the rain and patchy fog. Just look at this TrafficLand traffic camera shot from I-95 approaching the Springfield Interchange in Virginia. But AAA warned us that this was coming.
So how was your commute this morning?
