OK, his tie may have some muted orange tones in it … Victor Yushchenko, the president of Ukraine, has been doing diplomatic rounds through Washington on his four-day trip to the United States, stopping yesterday at Georgetown University, where DCist’s Grayson Shepard snapped this photo. Everyone loves the Orange Revolution, including President Bush, quoted here, from the Post:
