Headed home to MD this evening? Drive a car? Like the Outer Loop? Tonight may be the night to try the Metro rail/bus combo. According to the Washington Post (yes, we quote our sources) the Outer Loop from 29 to 95 is shut down, totally and completely, due to a hazardous material spill. There’s no mention of how long drivers will be sitting stock still in their cars. If sitting in traffic (or taking mass transit) aren’t your thing, we’re sure there are other alternatives. Anyone up for an extended happy hour?
