There are plenty of NBA trade rumors floating around out there with the draft less than 30 hours away, and while the Wizards are keeping a relatively low profile as a team, that doesn’t mean the players aren’t keeping busy.
Above is one of the new NBA ’08 Live commercials that feature our still beloved Agent Zero with Maryland native and future NBA superstar Kevin Durant. Angry T has the other two if you’re hankering for more, and Agent Steinz has more video game related Arenas/Durant content than you can shake a stick at.
In other Wiz news, Caron Butler apparently throws like a girl and DeShawn Stevenson got a haircut. Also, Gilbert wants to buy an island so he can be like “Marvin Brando.”
As for the draft and who the Wizards will select, that all will depend on what happens at the top of the order. Lots of things will change in the next day or so, but both NBAdraft.net and Draftexpress.com have Kansas Forward Julian Wright slipping down to the Wiz at 16. ESPN’s Chad Ford has Georgia Tech frosh Thaddeus Young heading to Washington. Ford and Bill Simmons will be having an interactive mock draft over on ESPN.com starting at 1 p.m. for any of you draftniks that want to waste your afternoon.
