>> This week’s must see as far as local talent goes is Baltimore-based songstress Felicia Carter (pictured). She has garnered rave reviews and brings her traditional jazz sound to Twins Jazz this Friday and Saturday for 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. sets. Each night features a different stellar rhythm section comprised of some of the area’s finest. Pianist Chris Grasso, bassist James King, and drummer Dominic Smith will play with her on Friday, while Saturday’s show will feature pianist Bob Butta, killer bassist Amy Shook, and drummer Frank Russo.
