The power outages that have wracked near-Maryland and north Virginia today have largely left the District unaffected. Pepco shows just a smattering of outages throughout D.C. — whereas more than 600 outages are being reported in College Park alone. Wheaton and Silver Spring are also reporting several dozen outages.
