For those curious, here’s how the candidates in the upcoming D.C. Council special election fared on the election season questionnaire handed out by the Gay and Lesbian Activists Alliance of Washington, D.C. Results of note: no negative scores (no doubt improved by the absence of candidates endorsed by the National Organization for Marriage); Tom Brown, Dorothy Douglas and Arkan Haile are your abstainers; and Sekou Biddle and Bryan Weaver are tops with scores of +5.5, which, perhaps surprisingly, would both easily place them among the lowest scores of sitting Councilmembers.
