The winner of tonight’s competition may very well end up in the winner’s circle at the Air Guitar World Championship in Finland. >> Jewish Canadian hip-hop beat maker Socalled (aka Josh Dolgin) arrives at DC9 to spread the gospel that Klezmer music can be tough as he samples Eastern European Jewish singers and New York Yiddish vaudeville performers. He’ll have a CD release party tonight for his new album, Ghettoblaster. Part of the Washington Jewish Music Festival, tickets are $15, or $10 if you’re under 25 or have student ID.
