District Curfew Hard to Enforce: Summer time means more kids on the street at night, though they do have to be home by 11 p.m. on weeknights and midnight on weekends. NBC 4 is reporting that some activists argue that the curfew is hard to enforce, leaving some teens to rove the city’s neighborhoods at night start trouble.
