Hospital Woes Continue: If there was any doubt left that Greater Southeast Community Hospital is currently the last place you would want to seek medical care if you had a choice, it’s time to erase it from your minds. The Post has a story about a new inspection that indicates patient safety at the hospital is so bad that it will likely lose its accreditation in December, and the Examiner reports on how the hospital may have played a role in the recent death of a firefighter candidate. Now, WJLA reports that three recruits at the D.C. Fire and EMS training academy in Southwest are being treated for the skin infection.
